       and Assigns forever hath bargained sold aliened assigned transferred released and Confirmed
       and by these presents doth bargain sell alien Assign transfer release and Confirm
       to the said Edward Mitchell his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       forever all the Above mentioned tracts of Land Mill Negros and Premises
       above mentioned with the Appurtenances and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders thereof and all the Estate Right title Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of him the said Charles Carroll of in or unto the said Premises and every part thereof
       and all the Benefit and Advantage of the Covenants in the said Mortgage and
       the Breach of them or any of them to have and to hold the said Lands
       Moiety of a Mill House in Charles Town and Lott known on the Map of
       the said Town by Number Eighty two and Negroes and all & Singular
       the Above Premises with the Appurtenances unto the said Edward Mitchell
       his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever to the only proper
       use Benefit and Behoof of the said Edward Mitchell his heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns forever Subject to the said Condition [illegible]
       and Covenants in the said Mortgage above mentioned contained And the said
       Charles Carroll for himself his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       doth Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the said Edward Mitchell
       his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said Charles Carroll
       & his heirs shall & will at ^all^ Time and Times hereafter at the request of the said
       Edward Mitchell his heirs and Assigns and at their proper Cost & Charges
       execute any further Act or Acts Deed or Deeds Device or Devices Assurance
       or Assurances in the Law for the sure and more perfect Conveying the
       Premises as he the said Edward Mitchell his heirs or Assigns or his
       or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devise advise
       or require Provided the same contain no other Covenants than are
       Containined in this Indenture In Witness whereof the Parties to the
       Presents have hereunto interchangeably put their hands and Seals
       the Day and Year first above written
