       of Land Scituate lying and being in Cecill County aforesaid the one called Success containing as
       aforesaid  Three hundred and Seventy five Acres more or less the Other called the Biter's Bitt
       as aforesaid twenty    Seven Acres more or less together with all and Singular the Improvements
       Previledges Commodities & Advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the same
       two tracts or parcells of Land and each and every part of them belonging or in any wise appurtaining
       and the reversion and reversions remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profits thereof and
       of every part and parcell thereof and all the Estate, right, title, use, trust, Interest Property
       Possession, Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said John Hammond Dorsey of in or
       to the said Two Tracts of Land with their and each of their Appurtenances To have &
       to hold the said hereby Bargained and Sold two tracts or parcells of Land and each &
       every of their rights members and Appurtenances to him the said John Buchanan
       his heirs and Assigns to and for the only Proper use and Behoof of the said John
       Buchanan his heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or Purpose
       whatsoever   Provided always and these Presents are upon the express Condition
       that if the said John Hammond Dorsey shall have and he now hereby reserves to himself
       his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns such right and equity of Redemption
       in those two aforesaid Tracts or parcells of Land called Success and Biter's Bitt as he or
       they might could should or ought to have had if the said two tracts or parcells of Land
       had been justly truly and Accurately described in the same Recited Deed and as he
       the said John Hammond Dorsey now hath by virtue of the said recited Indenture
       in the aforesaid other Lands therein Specified and not otherwise any thing in this present
       Instrument of writing to the Contrary thereof notwithstanding In Witness whereof the
       Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed
       their Seals the Day and year above written

       Lands therein mentioned to be the right and estate of the within named John Buchanan
