(58) the said Thomas Sprigg at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledged and thereof and therefrom and of and from every Part and Parcel thereof doth release acquit and discharge the said Thomas Sprigg his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these presents Hath given granted bargained Sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed And by these Presents Doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto him the said Thomas Sprigg his heirs and assigns for ever all that Piece Parcel or Tract of Land Lying and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid which is contained within the following Boundaries Lines Courses and Distances that is to say Beginning at a parsiminon Tree standing or near the Head of the Inspecting House Creek and running and Binding with and by the water of that Creek west River and the Creeks of that River to a bounded White Oak being a Division Tree between Samuel Galloway and the said Stephen Watkins at which Tree two large Stones are planted and the same white oak stands on a small cove of Long Neck Creek otherwise called Watkins's Creek and running to the Division Boundaries and by and with the Division Lines between the Aforesaid Samuel Galloway and him the said Stephen Watkins as follows to wit south Eighty Three degrees and three Quarters of a Degree west thirty nine perches to a red oak bounded at the Time of the Division made between the said Stephen Watkins and Samuel Galloway North thirty one Degrees and one Quarter of a Degree west one hundred and twenty four Perches to two Large Stones planted at the same Time North fifty eight Degrees west one hundred and six Perches to an Oak bounded at the same Time North Seventy two Degrees west one hundred and six perches to a white Oak bounded at the same Time standing at or near a marsh on Road River being the Last Divisional Boundary and from thence running with and binding on the water of Road River to a white oak formerly bounded Standing at or near the upper Part of a large Marsh and being the Exterior Part on that side of the intire Tracts herein after mentioned and from thence by a Streight Line to the said bounded Parsimmon containing five hundred and six Acres of land more or less the same piece Parcel or Tract of Land being Part or Parts of three Tracts of Land or some of (them) |
