       or any other Species Whatsoever whether owing by Bill, Bond, Act or Otherwise
       as also to discharge and pay off such Debts and dues as are (at the time of the Date
       of these presents) lawfully Owing or due from me to any Person or Persons whatsoever
       He or she or they to whom such Debts or Dues are lawfully due making Legal
       and Authentick Proof thereof according to Act of Assembly in this province as also
       to receive all Rents Arrears at Rent issues and profits whatsoever heretofore
       due or hereafter to become due out of any manors Lands, Tenements or heriditaments
       also upon expiration of any Lease or Leases of any of my said Lands New
       Leases to make as likewise to let to farm any Other part of my lands not hitherto
       leased for any such Term of Years or lives as they or either of them shall
       think fit under such reservation of Rents or Other duties as they or either of
       them shall think reasonable as also to Sell alien enfeoffe & confirm to any Person
       they or either of them shall think fit any Tract or parcel of Land Messuages
       Tenements and Heriditaments to me belonging within the province of Maryland
       to them & their Heirs forever & for me & in my name to Sign Seal & execute
       any Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances as shall be judged Necessary to
       invest the vendees with as full and Ample a Title as I myself have as also
       to receive any Deeds Conveyances Assignments of Land or Releases of any Right
       Title or Claim for any person or persons whatsoever of any Land or parcel of Land whatsoever
       giving & by these presents Granting to my said Attorneys my Sole & full power
       & lawful Authority in the premises to sue Arrest implead imprison & condemn such
       Person or Persons indebted as aforesaid their heirs Executors or Administrators
       in my name in any Court within this province of Maryland or Elsewhere & upon receipt
       of any such Debt or Debts so as aforesaid due or any part thereof one or more
       legal acquittance or acquittances Discharge or Discharges for me & in my Name to sign
       Seal or Deliver as also one or more Attorney or Attorneys in their Absence to Constitute
       or Appoint revoke & further execute perform & finish for me & in my name all
       & Singular such thing or things which shall or may be Necessary touching or Concerning
       the premisses as fully thoroughly intirely as I George Munter might or could do
       about the same if personally present ratifying Confirming & Allowing all & whatsoever
       my said Attorneys or either of them shall do or cause to be done in the Premises by
       Virtue of these presents in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
       Seal this thirty first Day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred
       & Sixty nine
