       the troubell & Exspence the said Robertson ^shall put the said Adams to in being the said Robertsons^ Security in the Admerlty Corte
       now depending then this present bill of Sail to be Voyd or Elce to be and remain
       in full force in Witness wheareof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this

       Province of Massetutes of New England Mariner or Charteparte of the Shipe
       Hannah Levi Robinson Master for and in Consideration of the Sum of Sixty pounds
       Starling Money of Greate Brittain to me in hand paid by George Adams of
       Worcester County in the province of Maryland planter the receip.t wheareof
       I do hereby Acknowledg have bargenned Sold and delivered and by these presents
       do bargin Sel and deliver unto the s.d George Adams One thousand bushels
       of Good Sound Merchenable Indian Corn Now on bord the s.d Shipe Hannah
       as well as one boote and Oars which the s.d Rubin Dillano hath Andrew Ragg
       Esq.r Oblegation for to be delivered to him the s.d Dillano to have and to hold
       the s.d barganned Primsoreys unto the s.d George Adams his Executr.s and Admins.s
       Shall and will warrant and forever defend against all Persons by these presents
       the s.d barganned Primsoreys unto the s.d George Adams his Executor.s Admis.s
       or Assigns provided Never the less that if I the s.d Ruben Dillano do and shall
       well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the s.d George Adams or his assigns
       the Sum of Sixty pounds Sterling Money of Greate bitten besides the s.d Adams
       Exspences & trouble he the s.d Adams shall or may Sustain in Entering Security
       for the above Rubin Dillano & Levi Robinson in the Cort of Admirlty in Maryland
       for them to defend the Shipe Hannah and hur Ladin then this present
       bill of Sail to be voyd or elce to be and remain in full force in Witness wheareof
       I have heareunto Set my Hand and Seal this twenty Seven Day of May 1769

       of Port Tobacco in Charles County in the province aforesaid Gent have Nominated
8½  and appointed and by these presents do nominate Constitute and
       appoint and in my stead and place put my Trusty and well beloved Friends John
       Lewis of S.t Marys County and Joseph Mosely of Queen Anns County in the province
       aforesaid Gentlemen jointly or either of them Severally my true and
       Lawfull Attornies to Ask demand Levy recover and receive for me and in
       my name to their and either of their use of all Persons whatsoever residing
       in this province of Maryland or Elsewhere who stand owing and justly
       intended to me in any Sum or Sums of Money Quantity or Quantitys of Tobacco
