(546) and receive of and from all and Every Person and Persons whatsoever and whomsoever Indebted to the Joint or to the respective seperate Estates and Effects of the said Samuel Sedgley William Hillhouse and William Randolph or any or either of them in the said Colony of Maryland whom it doth shall or may concern all and every Debt and Debts Dues Sum and Sums of Money Goods Wares Merchandizes Bills of Exchange Bonds Promisory Note and Notes of Hand Accounts Currant Accounts of sales Accounts Stated Writings Papers and Effects whatsoever which now are or hereafter shall or may be due Owing Coming Payable or belonging to us or any or either of us (as Assignees as aforesaid or to the Joint or Seperate Estates or Effects of the said Bankrupts Samuel Sedgley william Hillhouse and William Randolph or any or Either of them from all every or any Person or Persons in Maryland aforesaid upon any Account Score or Reckoning whatsoever on Account of the Joint or partnership Estate or Effects of the said Bankrupts Samuel Sedgley William Hilhouse and William Randolph or on Account of their or any or Either of their Seperate Estates or Effects And to Sell and dispose of all or any Goods wares Merchandizes or Effects of the said Bankrupts Samuel Sedgley William Hilhouse and William Randolph Jointly or of any or Either of them singly or seperately in Maryland aforesaid and to Convert the same into Money in such Manner as our said Attorney shall judge to be most for the Benefit and Advantage of the respective Joint and Seperate Estates and Effects of the said Samuel Sedgley William Hilhouse and William Randolph and also to Settle Liquidate Ballance Examine Inspect into state and fully Adjust all or any Accounts Reckonings or Disputes touching the Premises or in any wise relating to the Joint or to the Respective Seperate Estates and Effects of the said Samuel Sedgley William Hilhouse and William Randolph and in Case of Non Payment non Delivery or in Default of Giving or making Satisfaction in the premises to our said Attorney all and every or any the Person or Persons whom it doth shall or may Concern as aforesaid his her or their or any of their Heirs Executors or Administrators for us and in our Names as Assignees as aforesaid to Sue Arrest Imprison Implead and Prosecute for the same or any Part thereof and to proceed therein with Effect And on Payment Delivery or satisfaction made to our said Attorney in the Premises for us and each and every and either of us and in our and each and every or either of our Names and Name as Assignees as aforesaid to make Seal and Execute all such Proper receipt Releases Acquittances and other discharges as the Nature of the Case or respective Cases shall Require and also to Commence and prosecute or Defend any action Suit or Attachment Actions Suits or or Attachments at Law and preferr any such Bill or Bills in Equity against all and every or any the person or persons in Maryland aforesaid for the Recovery of or Relating to any part of the Joint or the respective Seperate Estates or Effects of the said Bankrupts Samuel Sedgley William Hilhouse and William Randolph according to the Laws and Customs of the said Colony of Maryland or as our said Attorney shall think fit and the Nature of the Case or respective Cases shall Require and to prosecute all and every or any such Suit or Suits or Attachments with Effect And further for us and each and every and either of us and in our and each and every and either of our Names or Name to do Transact Negotiate and perform all our Business and Affairs as Assignees as aforesaid in Relation to the Joint or to the Seperate Estates or Effects of the said Samuel Sedgley William Hilhouse and William Randolph or any or either of them in Maryland aforesaid and one Attorney or More under our said Attorney with the like or less Powers than are hereby given and Granted from time to time to make and substitute and the same at Pleasure to revoke and Generally to do perform and Execute all and every such further and other reasonable Acts Matters Devices and things whatsoever as shall be Needfull or Expedient to be done and performed in and about the Premises respectively and that as fully Amply and Effectually to all intents and Purposes as we or any or either of us might or could do if personally present Giveing and by these presents granting unto our said Attorney his Substitute and Substutes our full and Lawfull Power and Authority in the Premises and all and Whatsoever our said attorney (his) |
