       Covenanted Concluded declared and fully Agreed by and between all the said parties to
       these Presents and the true intent and meaning of them and Every of them and of these presents
       is that the said Common recovery or recoveries so as aforesaid or in any Other Manner to
       be had and Suffered of the aforesaid Lands and premisses or of any part thereof with their
       and Every of their Appurtenances between the said parties to these presents and the Execution
       thereof from and immediately after the suffering the same shall and is and are hereby
       intended to be and Enure and shall be Adjudged construed deemed and taken and is and are and
       was and were meant and intended and is and are hereby declared to be and Enure and the
       recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be Named and he and
       they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be Seized of the said Lands and Premisses and
       Every Part thereof with their and Every of their Appurtenances to and for the only proper use of him
       the said William Digges his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no Other use Intent or
       Purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
       Put their Hands and affixed their seals the Day and year first above written

       Received on the day & Year first within written of and from the within George Fraizer Hawkins the
       sum of Five shillings sterling Money of Great Britain being the Consideration money within Mentioned
       to be by him Paid me                           Witness my hand W Digges

       Be it Remembered that on the First Day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven
       hundred and sixty nine first within written the within William Digges full and peaceable
       possession and seisin of all that Tract or parcell of plantable land within Mentioned called
       and known by the Name of Warbarton Mannor and also all that Other Tract or parcell of Plantable
       Land within Mentioned called and known by the Name of Frank Land with their and Every of
       their Appurtenances delivered over unto the within Named George Fraizer Hawkins by delivery
       of Turf and Twigg upon the same two Tracts or parcells of Land aforesaid and Every Part and parcell
       thereof with their and Each of their appurtenances to him the same George Fraizer Hawkins
       his heirs and assigns forever according to the true Intent and meaning of the within Indenture
       & for the uses & Purposes therein Specifyed
       In Presence of us

       John Baynes

       On the First Day of May in the Year seventeen hundred and sixty nine Came before
       us two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Prince Georges County the within named
       George Fraizer Hawkins James Marshall William Digges and George Digges and Severally
       and respectively acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be their respective
       Act and Deed and the Lands and premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances
       to be the Right and Estate of the same George Fraizer Hawkins his Heirs and Assigns
       forever to and for the uses intents and purposes in the same Indenture Particularly specified
       according to the true design and meaning of the said Deed and to or for no Other Use Intent
       or Purpose Whatsoever                                    Acknowledged Before us  Ge.o Hardy Jun.r
