(531) that the said Thomas Rutland for and in Consideration of the Sum of five hundred Pounds Sterling Money to him in hand Paid at or before the Ensealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and the said Jeremiah his Executors and Administrators thereof and therefrom fully Acquitted and discharged Hath Granted Bargained Sold Remised Released and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant bargain Sell Remise Release and Confirm unto him the said Jeremiah Magruder his heirs and Assigns all that Part of the said Tract of Land called Arnold Grey formerly belonging to or in Possession of the said Benjamin Welsh included within the following Metes and Bounds that is to say Beginning at a bounded Spanish Oak being a bounded Tree of the Part Sold to Gerrard Hopkins and Runing thence with the Line of the Widows thirds South forty Eight degrees East One hundred and ten Perches thence Still with the Widows thirds South twenty Eight Degrees West forty Perches thence Still with the Widows thirds South Eighty nine degrees West One hundred and Eighty Eight Perches to the North West Line of the whole Tract thence with the said Line Reverst South East two hundred and twenty nine Perches to a Mulberry and Sasafras Planted in the Place where Stood a bounded white Oak of the Original also the beginning of a Tract called Morleys Lott thence North East two hundred and twenty three Perches to where the South East Line of the Division between John and Sylvester Welsh intersects the North East Line of a Tract of Land called Duvalls Addition thence with the said South East Line Reverst that is North West One hundred and Sixty Seven Perches to where the same intersects the Line of that Part formerly Sold to Gerrard Hopkins thence West North West twenty Seven Perches to a bounded Poplar of said Hopkins's Part thence with said Hopkins's Part West North West forty Perches to the first beginning Containing in the Part now Sold two hundred and twenty Six Acres of Land more or Less together with all and Singular the houses Edifices buildings and Improvements to the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part thereof and all the Estate Right Title and Interest of him the said Thomas Rutland of into or out of the Same Parcell of Land hereby Bargained and Sold or intended so to be To have and to Hold the Same Parcell of Land called Arnold Grey hereby Sold or intended so to be and premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said Jeremiah Magruder his heirs and Assigns to his and their Own Proper Use and Behoof forever and to no Other intent or Purpose Whatsoever and the said Thomas Rutland for himself and his heirs the aforesaid Part or Parcell of Land hereby Sold Containing |
