(524) Ex.d This Indenture made the Sixth day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Nine Between Benjamin 8¼ Gassaway and Richard Gassaway Sons of Nicholas Gassaway Late of Ann Arundel County deceased of the One Part and William Hall of Elkridge in Same County of the Other Part Whereas the said Nicholas Gassaway was Seised in fee of and in three hundred Acres of Land Part of Talbotts Resolution Manor lyeing in the said County and by his last Will and Testament did give and bequeath to his three Sons Benjamin Richard and Robert Gassaway all his Tract or parcell of Land called Talbotts Resolution Manor Containing three hundred Acres more or Less Equally to be divided between them Each to have One hundred Acres Only my Son Benjamin to have his first Choyce after being divided as by the same Will reference being thereunto had may fully appear And Whereas the said Benjamin and Richard have heretofore Sold their Part of the said Land to the said William Hall and his heirs Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Benjamin and Richard Gassaway for and in Consideration of the Sum of two hundred and ten pounds Currency to them in hand Paid at or before the Ensealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Have and Each of them hath Granted Bargained sold Remised Released and Confirmed Do and Each of them Doth by these Presents Grant Bargain Sell Remise Release and Confirm unto him the said William hall his heirs and Assigns all that Part of the said Tract of Land Called Talbotts Resolution Manor heretofore devised to them as aforesaid Containing in the said Part two hundred Acres of Land more or Less together with all and Singular the Buildings Improvements Profits and Advantages to the same belonging and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Other Profits therefrom ariseing and all the Estate Right Title and Interest of them the said Benjamin and Richard of into and out of the Same two hundred Acres of Land hereby bargained and Sold or intended so to be To have and to hold the same two hundred Acres of Land and Other the Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said William Hall his heirs and Assigns to his and their own proper (Use) |
