(521) Rights Profits Commodities Advantages hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Land above Mentioned belonging or in any wise Appurtaining and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services of the said Premisses & of Every Part thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said Alexander Tracy of in and to the same Premisses and Every Part thereof To have and to hold all and Singular the said Tract of Land and Premisses above Mentioned and Every Part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer his heirs and Assigns To the Only Proper use and behoof of the said Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer his Heirs and Assigns forever and the said Alexander Tracy for him and his Heirs the said Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and Every part thereof against him and his Heirs and against all and Every Other Person and Persons Whatsoever to the said Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer his Heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrant and forever defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said Alexander tracy hath hereunto Set his hand & Seal the day & year above written Sign'd Sealed & Delivered Alexander Tracy (Seal) In Presence Off J Hepburn Arch.d Orme On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed to wit Feb.y 4.th 1769 Then Received of Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer the Sum of thirty five Pounds Curr.y being the Consideration within Mentioned Witness J Hepburn I say reced P Alex.r Tracy Arch.d Orme February the 4.th 1769 Then Came Alexander Tracy Party to the within Deed and Acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein Mentioned with the Appurtenances to be the Right Title and Inheritance of the within Named Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer his heirs and Assigns forever according to the Purport true Intent and Meaning of the said Deed and at the same time ^came^ Upham the wife of the said Alexander Tracy who being Privately Examined out of the hearing of her husband Declared that She relinquished her Right of Dower to the Land and Premisses within Mentioned Willingly and freely without being induced thereto by fear or threats of or ill usage by her husband or fear of his Displeasure Taken and acknowledged the day & year af.d Recorded the 13.th March 1769 Before J Hepburn Vide Alienation Fine Recorded in folio 589 |
