       Orme doth hereby Acknowledge he the said Archibald Orme hath Granted
       Bargained and Sold Aliened and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant
       Bargain and Sell Alien and Confirm unto the said Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer
       his Heirs and Assigns forever all that Tract or Part of a Tract of Land Lying & being
       in Frederick County aforesaid known by the Name of the resurvey on the Rich
       Meadow taken up by & Patented in the Name of the said Tract Running thence
       with the Lines of the said Resurvey of Rich Meadow to the End of the Forty third
       Line of the said Tract thence with a Strait Line to the beginning of the Sixty first Line
       of the said Tract of land with the Lines of the said Resurvey of Rich Meadow
       to the End of the Seventy Sixth Line thence North Seventy One Degrees & a half
       Degree East Sixty five Perches thence South forty two Degrees and a half Degree
       East to the End of the Seventy Eighth Line of the said Resurvey of Rich Meadow
       thence with the Lines of the said Resurvey of Rich Meadow to the End of the Ninety
       third Line thereof thence to the Beginning Containing Six hundred and Eighty
       Acres of Land And also all Ways Waters Easements Profits Commodities Advantages
       Hereditaments and Appurtenances Whatsoever to the said Land above
       Mentioned belonging or in any wise Appurtaining and also the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents & Services of the said Premisses
       and of Every Prat thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and
       Demand Whatsoever of him the said Archibald Orme of in and to the same
       Premisses and Every Part thereof To have and to hold all and Singular the said
       Messuage or Tenement and Premisses above Mentioned and Every Part and
       and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer
       his Heirs and Assigns To the Only Proper use and Behoof of the said Daniel
       of S.t Thomas Jenifer his heirs and Assigns forever and the said Archibald
       Orme for him and his heirs the said Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       and Every Part thereof against him and his Heirs and against all
       and Every Other Person and Persons Whatsoever to the said Daniel of S.t
       Thomas Jenifer his Heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrant and forever
       defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said Archibald Orme hath hereunto Set
       his hand and Seal the day and year above Written
