(511) John Brice his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid Sum of five hundred and forty five Pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain with Legal Interest thereon by good Bills of Exchange drawn on some responsible Merchant in London at thirty Days sight together with the Charge of drawing and recording this Indenture or Deed of Mortgage at or upon the tenth Day of April which shall be in the Year of our Lord Christ One thousand Seven hundred Sixty and Six without fraud or farther Delay then this Indenture or Deed of Mortgage to be Void and of no Effect else to be and remain in full Force and Virtue in Law as in and by the same Indenture Relation being thereunto had more fully and at Large it doth and may appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the aforesaid Sarah Brice Executrix of the said John Brice deceased and the af.d John Brice the Heir at Law for and in Consideration of the Sum of Seven hundred and one Pounds two Shillings & two Pence Sterling Money to her in hand Paid at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof She doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof doth hereby Acquit exonerate and discharge the said Thomas Rutland his Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these Presents have and each of them hath granted bargained Sold Assigns and set Over and by these Presents Do and Each of them doth grant Bargain Sell Assign and Set Over unto the said Thomas Rutland his Heirs and Assigns as well the said recited Indenture as also all and Singular the Premisses in the said Indenture Mentioned and all the Estate right Title Interest Use Claim Possession Property and Demand of them the said Sarah Brice and John Brice the Heir at Law af.d and Each of them of in and to the same Premisses by Virtue of the said recited Indenture or Otherwise howsoever To have and to hold the same Premisses and every Part thereof to the said Thomas Rutland his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said Sarah Brice and John Brice the Heir af.d hath hereunto Set their hands and Seals the day and year first above Written Sarah Brice (Seal) Jn.o Brice (Seal) Sealed and Delivered in the words Nine and John Brice Heir at Law of the said John Brice and the afs.d John Brice the Heir at Law af.d Have and each of them Do and each of them and John Brice the Heir at Law af.d and Each of them and John Brice the Heir af.d being interlined before Sealing in Presence of Witness R Ghiselin Rob.t Couden On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus indorsed to wit Received the say of the within written Indenture of the within Named Thomas Rutland the Sum of Seven hundred & One Pounds two Shillings |
