       On the 22.nd day of February 1769 Came before the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within Named Edward
       Hall and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and
       Deed and the Land and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right and
       Estate of the within Named Henry Ridgely his Heirs and Assigns forever
       as also the Crops therein Mentioned and he also Acknowledged the Goods
       and Chattels within Mentioned to be the Right & Property of the said
       Henry Ridgely his Ex.rs Admrs & Assigns According to the true Intent and
       Meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made

       This Indenture made the fourteenth Day of August in the
14½   Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Eight
Sides   Between Abraham Mitchell of the City of Philadelphia in the
         Province of Pennsylvania Merchant and Sarah his wife of the One
       Part and Richard Neave of the City of London Merchant of the Other
       Part Whereas the said Abraham Mitchell by a certain Bond or
       Writing Obligatory under his hand and Seal duly Executed bearing
       even date herewith Stands Bound unto the said Richard Neave his
       Executors Administrators and Assigns and the Sum of three thousand
       Six hundred and Fifty Pounds Nine Shillings and Four pence
       Sterling Money of Great Britain Conditioned for the Payment of One      
       Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty five Pounds four Shillings
       and Eight Pence Like Money unto the said Richard Neave his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns in Four Equal Yearly Payments
       that is to say the Sum of Four hundred and Fifty Six Pounds Six Shillings
       and two Pence of the first Day of May which shall be in the year
       of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Nine Together
       with Lawful Interest for the same the further Sum of four hundred
       and Fifty Six pounds Six Shillings and two Pence on the first day
       of May which shall be in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred
       and Seventy together with Lawful Interest for the same the further
       Sum of four hundred and Fifty Six Pounds Six Shillings and
       two Pence on the First Day of May which shall be in the year of our
       Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy One together with Lawful
