(507) Lawful Interest for the same and the remaining Sum of Four hundred and fifty Six Pounds Six Shillings and two Pence on the first Day of May which shall be in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy two together with Lawful Interest for the same As in and by the said recited Bond or Writing Obligatory and Condition thereof Relation being thereunto had may Appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Abraham Mitchell and Sarah his Wife as well for Securing the Payment of the said Sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred and twenty five Pounds four Shillings and Eight Pence Sterling Money aforesaid with Its Interest unto the said Richard Neave his Executors Administrators and Assigns according to the Condition of the said recited Obligation as for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings to them the said Abraham Mitchell and Sarah his Wife by the said Richard Neave in hand well and truly Paid at or before the Sealing and Delivery hereof the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Have granted Bargained Sold released and Confirmed and by these Presents Do grant bargain Sell release and Confirm unto the said Richard Neave and to his Heirs and Assigns One Undivided Fifth Part the whole into five Equal Parts to be divided of Six Hundred Acres of Land Called Partnership three Hundred Acres of Land Called Addition to Partnership both Situate and Lying Between Deep Creek and Broad Creek in the County of Sussex on Delaware Six hundred Acres Situate on Gravel Branch in the said County of Sussex on Delaware bought of William Daughters One Hundred Acres Adjoining the same three hundred Acres of Land bought of one Painter also Adjoining Five Thousand Acres of Land to be Surveyed in Pursuance of a Proprietary Warrant Granted or to be Granted Situate between Deep Creek and Broad Creek in the said County of Sussex Four Hundred Acres of Land Called Liverpoole Situate in said County and the Liberty of digging Carrying away all the Ore that may be in and upon a Tract of Six hundred Acres of Land Belonging to William Venables Situate in Somerset County in the Province of Maryland One hundred and Sixty Acres of Land taken up by Vertue of Sundry Warrants granted by the Proprietary of the Province of Maryland One hundred Acres called Chapel Branch and a Warrant Right to take up and Survey Two thousand Acres of Land in Dorset County in the said Province of Maryland with all his Share and Proportion of the Furnace Forges Bloomeries Saws Mills Grist Mills and all Other works Buildings and Improvements Erected and made or to be Erected and made thereon or on any Part thereof And likewise all his Share and Proportion of all Mines Minerals Quarries Meadows Marshes Savannahs Swamps Cripples Woods Underwoods Timber and Trees Ways Waters Water Courses Mill Dams Rights (Liberties) |
