                a                                  do confess Judgement to Daniel Dulany Esq.r for the Sum of
       John Willmott Defendant        two hundred and fifty Pounds Sterling Debt and five hundred
       Ninety and a half Pounds of Tobacco Costs of Suit ^which said Sum of two hundred ad fifty pounds Sterling Debt & five hundred ninety and a half pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suit^ was recovered against the said John Willmott
       in the Provincial Court at the last October Term which said Sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds
       Sterling Debt and five hundred Ninty and a half Pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suit to be Levyed of
       your Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the Use of the said Daniel Dulany in Case
       the said John Willmott shall not Sattisfy and Pay unto the said Daniel Dulany the said sum
       of two hundred and fifty Pounds Sterling Debt and five hundred ninty and a half Pounds
       of Tobacco Cost of Suit, so as aforesaid recovered with the Additional Costs thereon on the
       tenth Day of February next Taken this 22.d Day of October 1768 by me one of his Lordships
