       Pence Sterling Money & five hundred fifty six and a Quarter pounds of Tobacco Costs of Suit
       and all my right Title Interest Benefit Advantage Claim and Demand unto the same and
       also I do by these presents constitute Authorize and appoint the said Charles Frederick Weisenthall any
       true and Lawfull Attorney irrevocable to the use of the said Charles Frederick Weisenthall his Executors
       Admors and Assigns to Ask, levy, recover and receive of and against the said Thomas Sligh William
       Askew Joseph Ensor & Daniel Barnett their Heirs Executors & Administrators the Judgment for the
       Debt and Costs contained in the judgment aforesaid & upon Non Payment of the same to sue forth any
       Writ or writs of Execution upon the Judgment aforesaid and further to do & perform all such Other Acts
       Matters & Things as shall be requisite & Needfull as well in or about the getting & receiving the said
       Sums of Money & Tobacco aforesaid in the Judgment aforesaid contained as for the Acquitting & Discharging
       thereof as fully & essentially as I the said William Reynolds might or could do in my Own
       Proper Person and I the said William Reynolds for Me my Heirs Executors & Administrators do
       Covenant Promise and grant to and with the said Charles Frederick Weisenthall his Executors
       & Administrators by these presents in Manner & Form following that is to say that I the said William
       Reynolds at any time heretofore have not Acquited released or discharged and that I the
       said William Reynolds my Heirs Executors & Administrators at any time hereafter shall not
       ^Acquit^ release and discharge the Judgment aforesaid now the Force nor Effect thereof whereby the said Charles
       Frederick Weisenthall his Executors Administrators & Assigns shall or may be hindered or Prevented
       from having and receiving the full Benefit & Advantage of this present Assignment & further
       that I will not stay or hinder any writ or Writs of Execution upon the Judgment aforesaid
       & also that I the said William Reynolds my Executors & Administrators shall & will at all
       times hereafter at the request Costs & Charges of the said Charles Frederick Weisenthall his
       Executors Administrators & Assigns make do and perform all such further & other Acts and
       things & make Seal and execute any further & other Assignment or other Instrument in Writing
       as by the said Charles Frederick Weisenthall his Exors Admors & Assigns shall be devised or
       required for the better & more Effectual Enabling of him and them to recover receive obtain & enjoy
       the Judgment aforesaid according to the true Intent & Meaning of this present Assignment
       Provided always that I the said William Reynolds shall not be found by or in any Manner whatsoever
       chargeable Liable or answerable to the said Charles Frederick Weisenthall by virtue of this
       my Assignment of the Judgment aforesaid but on the Contrary this Assignment of the Judgment
       aforesaid is to be entirely at the Risque and Hazard of the said Charles Frederick Weisenthall
       his Executors Admors & Assigns  In Witness whereof I the said William Reynolds have hereto
       Set my Hand & Affixed my Seal this fourteenth Day of January Anno Domini one thousand
       seven hundred & Sixty Nine
