       Michael Huff doth hereby acknowledge and therewith to be fully satisfied Contented and paid
       hath and by these presents doth give grant bargain sell alien Infeoffee and Confirm unto them
       the said Samuel Manning and Jonathan Griffith their Heirs and Assigns forever all his the said
       Michael Huff his Right Title Interest Claim and Demand of in and to One hundred and
       forty seven Acres of Land which said Land laying and being in Baltemore County and
       being a part of a Tract or parcel of Land called Cold Saterday the aforesaid Land lies on
       the Bever Dam Run and ajoins the West Phalia Land also Richard Hooker Land the
       Bounds of the said Land stands on the North side of a Hill Near to the Beaver Dam
       Run and runing thence with the patent of Cold Saterday excepting the part that formerly
       was Deeded to Robert Jordan by the said Michael Huff also excepting any other foul
       Land which may appear in the said parcel of Land Bargained and sold unto the said Samuel
       Manning and Jonathan Griffith together with all and Singular the Premisses and
       Appurtenances to the said one hundred and forty seven Acres of Land belonging or in any
       wise appertaining To have and to hold the said one hundred and forty seven Acres of Land
       and premisses with its Appurtenances unto them the said Samuel Manning and Jonathan
       Griffith their Heirs and Assigns forever and the said Michael Huff for himself and his Heirs
       doth hereby Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Samuel Manning
       and Jonathan Griffith their Heirs and Assigns that he the said Michael Huff and his
       Heirs the said Bargained one hundred and forty seven Acres of Land and Premisses
       with its Appurtenances shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend by these presents
       unto them the said Samuel Manning and Jonathan Griffith their heirs and Assigns against
       any Person and all Manner of Persons lawfully Claiming right from by or under him the
       said Michael Huff his Heirs or Assigns or by his or their means or procurement In
       Witness whereof the said Michael Huff hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the Day and
       Year above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered

                               On the Back of which Deed was thus Endorsed to wit
      
       Reced this 25.th Day of November 1768 of Samuel Mannen and Jonathan Griffith sixty five Pounds
       Current Money being the Consideration Money of the within Deed                  Michael Huff
       Witness   Benjamin Rogers

       Nov.r 25.th 1768 Then came Michael Huff before us two of his Lordships Justices of the peace in and for
       Baltemore County and Acknowledgeed this Deed to be his Act and the Lands and premisses therein
       mentioned to be the Right Title and Estate of the within named Samuel Manning and Jonathan
       Griffith their Heirs and Assigns forever according to the True Intent and meaning of the said Deed
                                                    Acknowledged before  Benjamin Rogers  Jon.a Plowman

       Dec 24.th 1768  Reced the sum of six shillings Sterling being the Alienation Fine on the
       within Land for Use Lord Baltimore by Virtue of a Commission from Daniel Jenifer Esq.r
       his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General                                             J Brice
