       fourth part of the aforesaid Lands and premisses and also one undivided third part
       of the said Alexander Lawson his undivided fourth part of the aforesaid Negroes white
       servants and other the stock Goods and Chattles above mentioned and particulariz'd unto
       the said James Russell his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of the said
       James Russell his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other Use Intent or purpose
       whatsoever  And also to have and to hold one other undivided third part of the
       said Alexander Lawson his undivided fourth part of the aforesaid Lands and premisses
       and also one undivided third part of the said Alexander Lawson his undivided fourth
       part of the aforesaid Negroes White Servants and other the Stock Goods and Chattles
       above mentioned and particulariz'd unto the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer their
       Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of the said Walter Ewer and
       John Ewer their Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other Use Intent or purpose
       whatsoever  And also to have and to hold one other undivided third part of the
       said Alexander Lawson his undivided fourth part of the aforesaid Lands and
       premisses and also one undivided third part of the said Alexander Lawson his
       undivided fourth part of the aforesaid Negroes white servants and other the Stock

       his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of the said John Buchanan
       his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever
       And the said Alexander Lawson for himself and his Heirs the said undivided fourth
       part of the said Lands and all and singular the premisses hereby bargained
       and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be unto the said James Russell
       Walter Ewer and John Ewer and John Buchanan their Heirs and Assigns against
       him the said Alexander Lawson and his Heirs and all persons claiming or to
       claim by from or under him or them shall and will warrant and forever defend by
       these presents And further that he the said Alexander Lawson and his Heirs and
       all and every the person and persons and his and their Heirs any thing having or
       claiming in the said premisses above mentioned or any part thereof by from or under
       him shall and will from Time to Time hereafter upon the reasonable request and at the
       Costs and Charges of the said James Russell Walter Ewer John Ewer and John
       Buchanan their Heirs and Assigns make do and execute or cause or procure to be made
       done and executed all and every such farther and other lawful and reasonable Act
       and Acts Thing and Things Deed and Deeds Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law
       whatsoever for the further better and more perfect granting conveying and assuring of all
       and singular the said premisses above mentioned with the Appurtenances unto the
       said James Russell Walter Ewer John Ewer and John Buchanan their Heirs and
       Assigns as by the said James Russell Walter Ewer John Ewer and and John
       Buchanan their Heirs and Assigns or their Council learned in the Law shall be
       reasonably devised advised or required provided that such Deed contain no other
       Warranty than against the said Alexander Lawson and his Heirs and all persons
