       him thereof Made by him the said Samuel Lee bearing date the day next before the day of
       the date of these Presents for one whole year Commencing from the day next before the day of the
       date thereof and by force of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession) his Heirs and Assigns
       all that Eastermost Moiety or half Part of a Tract of Land called Jerico divided from the West
       Part of the said Land by a Line drawn North and South through the Midle of the said Tract
       Containing five Hundred Acres of Land More or Less together with all Messuages Edifices Buildings
       Gardens Orchyards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Privileges Improvements Emoluments
       Advantages and Appurtenances Whatsoever to the said Moiety or half Part of the said Tract
       of Land belonging or in any ways Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and
       Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of Every Part and Parcell thereof and all the Estate
       Right Title Interest Use trust Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever of them the said Samuel
       Lee and Mary his Wife or Either of them of in or to the said Premisses or any Part thereof To have
       and to Hold the said Moiety or half Part of the said Tract of Land and all & Singular the Premisses
       to him the said William Paca his heirs and Assigns to the Intent and Purpose that the said William
       Paca may be and Become Perfect Tenant of the Freehold and Inheritance of the said Premisses that a
       Common Recovery may be had and Suffered against him in such Manner as is herein aftermentioned
       and for that Purpose it is hereby Covenanted Granted & agreed by and Between all the Parties to these
       Presents that before the End of the next October Provincial Court one or more writt or writts of Entry
       Sur Disseisin En Le Post at the Costs and Charges of them the said Daniel McGee and Sarah his
       wife shall and may be brought and Prosecuted against him the said William Paca in the Name
       of them the said Daniel McGee and Sarah his Wife as Plaintiffs or Demandants therein of and
       for the aforesaid Moiety or half Part of the said Tract of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       by such Name or Names Quantity Quality Number or Content of Acres or Other Certainties and Descriptions
       as shall be Apt and Convenient in that behalf To which Writt or Writs the said William
       Paca shall appear Gratis in his Own Proper Person or by his Attorney or Attorneys Lawfully
       Authorised and shall Vouch to Warrant the Premisses the said Samuel Lee and Mary his Wife who
       shall Likewise Appear Gratis in their Proper Persons or by Attorney or Attorneys Lawfully Authorised
       and shall and will Enter into the Warranty and Vouch Over to Warrant the said Premisses the
       Common Vouchee who shall thereupon Appear and Enter into the said Warranty and after Imparlance
       make default and such further and other Proceedings shall be therein so that one or More
       good and Perfect Common recovery or recovery's with double Voucher shall and may be had Suffered
       Perfected and Executed in all things according to the Usual form of Common Recoveries  
       with double Voucher for Assurance of Lands in such Case used and Accustomed and it is hereby further
       Covenanted Concluded granted Declared and fully agreed by and Between all the said Parties
       to these Presents that from and after the Suffering and Perfecting the said recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid
       or in any Other Manner had Suffered and Perfected shall be and Enure and shall be
       Adjudged Construed Deemed and taken and are and were Meant and intended and are hereby declared
       to be and Enure to the use of the said Daniel McGee and Sarah his Wife for and during their  
       Lives and the Life of the Surviver and to the Heirs of the said Sarah and to no Other use Intent or
       or Purpose Whatever  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
