           Frederick County fs.t The 28.th day of 1765 Then came the within
       named Lawrance Oneall before us Two of his Lordships Justices of
       the peace for the county aforesaid and acknowledged the Land and
       Premisses with the appurtenances within mentioned to be the Estate
       of the within named William Willson his heirs and assigns forever
       agreable to the act of assembly in such cases made and provided

          Received the 31.st of October 1765 of William Wilson   David Lynn
          two shillings Sterling for the use of Lord                          Kensey Gittings
          Baltimore being the Alienation Fine of the                       
          within Land and by virtue of a commission from Edward Lloyd
          Esq his said Lordships Agent and Receiver Generall

Examined
       This Indenture made this Twenty Eighth Day of October in the Year of
       our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and sixty five Between Joseph
       Wilson of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the other part
       and William Willson of Charles County and Province afores.d Planter of the other part
       Witnesseth that the said Joseph Wilson for and in consideration of the sum
       of Four hundred and Thirty Pounds Thirteen Shillings Sterling money of Great
       Britain to him in hand paid or secured to be paid by the said
       William Willson at or before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the
       Receipts whereof the said Joseph Wilson doth hereby acknowledge and himself
       thereof and of every part thereof to be fully satisfied contented and paid
       and him the said Joseph Wilson his heirs executors and adm.rs doth
       acquit Exonerate and Discharge Hath given Granted Alien'd and Confirm'd
       and by these presents doth Give grant Alien and Confirm unto the said
       William Willson his heirs & assigns all that Parcell or Tract of Land
       Situate and Lying in Frederick County called and known by the name
       of Despair Begining at a Bounded white oak standing on a small
       Branch (which falleth into Watt's Branch) it being the original
