       for the Setling and declaring the Interest and use of the said Recovery and for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of Five Shillings Current Money by the said James to the same John
       already in hand Paid it is Covenanted Granted Agreed and Declared by and Between the
       said parties to these Presents that the common Recovery so as aforesaid or in any other manner
       had and suffered and the Execution thereof from and immediately after ^the^ Suffering the same or
       any other Recovery or Recoveries of the same Premisses was Meant and intended to be and Enure
       and is hereby declared to be and Enure and that the Recoveror therein named and his heirs
       should and shall stand and be Seized of and in the recovered Premisses and Every Prat and
       Parcell thereof to and for the only Proper Use and Behoof of the said James his heirs and
       Assigns and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In WItness whereof the Parties
       hereto have sett their Hands and Seals the day and year first within Written

          This Indenture Tripartite made the first day of September in the year of our Lord one
       thousand Seven hundred and Sixty eight Between Elisha Hall of Baltimore County and Mary
       his Wife of the one Part and John Wilmot of the Second Part and Robert Alexander of Baltimore
       County of the third Part Witnesseth that the said Elisha Hall and and Mary his Wife for and in
       Consideration of Five Shillings Sterling to them in hand Paid by the said John Wilmot at or before
       the Ensealing and delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof the said Elisha Hall and Mary his
       Wife do and Each of them doth Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom do and Each of them doth
       hereby release Acquit and Discharge the said John Wilmot his Executors Administrators and Assigns
       Have and Each of them hath Granted Bargained and sold and by these Presents do and Each of them
       Doth Grant Bargain and Sell unto him the said John Wilmot his heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns all that Lott of Land Lying and being in the Addition to Baltimore Town Known and
       Distinguished by the Number forty One and also all that Lott of Land Lying in the said Addition
       to Baltimore Town Number forty two being the Lott of Land whereon William Nicholson Deceased
       did Live and also all that Part of a Tract or Parcel of Plantable Land Lying in Baltimore County
       Originally called Coles Harbour but Afterwards Resurveyed and Called Todds Range which is Contained
       within the following Meets and Bounds Courses and distances viz.t Begining at the End
       of the North Seventeen Degrest West fifty Perches Line of that Part of the said Tract of Land sold by
       a Certain Thomas Sligh of Baltimore County to Joseph Bankson and runing thence and Bound
       on the said Banksons Part South Seventeen degrees East thirty five Perches North forty Nine Degrees
