(450) East Twenty Seven Perches and three Quarters of a Perch North Seventeen Degrees West thirty one Perches and half a Perch until it Intersects the End of the South Six Degrees and fifteen Minutes West Twenty three Perches and half a Perch Line of that Part of the said Tract Sold by the said Thomas Sligh to Lloyd Buchanan then Bounding on the said Buchanans Part South forty Nine degrees West Nineteen Perches and three Quarters of a Perch unto the Begining of the said Buchanans Part and then with a Streight Line to the Place of Begining Containing five Acres more or Less and also all that Part of Plantable Land Part of the aforesaid Tract of Land Originally Called Coles Harbour but Afterwards Resurveyed and Called Todds Range that is Contained within the following Meets and Bounds Courses and distances viz.t Begining at the End of the South Seventy three Degrees West Nineteen Perches Line of that Part of the said Tract of Land Sold by the aforesaid Thomas Sligh to Joseph Bankson and Runing thence North Seventy three Degrees East Twenty Six Perches unto the Begining unto the Begining of that Part of the said Tract Sold by the said Thomas Sligh to Lloyd Buchanan then Bounding On the said Buchanans Part North forty one Degrees West Twelve Perches unto that Part of the said Tract of Land sold by the said Thomas Sligh to John Ensor then Bounding on said Ensors Part South forty Nine Degrees West Twenty three Perches and three Quarters of a Perch until it intersects the Addition to Baltimore Town and then with a Streight Line to the Place of Begining for one Acre more or Less Together with all Messuages Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards ways waters Water Courses Comoditys Previledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances Whatsoever to the said lands beloning or in any wise Appurtaining and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of Every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate right Title Interest use trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Elisha Hall and Mary his Wife or Either of them of in or to the said Premisses or any Part thereof To have and to Hold the aforesaid Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said John Wilmot his heirs and Assigns to the intent and Purpose that the said John Wilmot may be and become perfet Tenant of the Imediate Freehold and Inheritance of the said Premisses against whome a Common Recovery may be had and Suffered in such manner as is herein after Mentioned and for that Purpose it is hereby Covenanted Granted and Agreed by and Between all the Partys to these Presents that before the End of the Next Provincial Court one or More Writ or Writs of Entry Sur Desiesin En Le post at the Cost and Charges of him the said Elisha Hall shall and may be Brought and Prosecuted against him the said John Wilmot in the Name of him the said Robert Alexander as Plaintiff or Demandant therein of and for the aforesaid Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby Bargained and Sold by such Name or Names Quantity Quantitys Number or Contents of Acres or other Certaintys and Descriptions as shall be Apt and Convenient in that Behalf to which Writ (or) |
