(447) Worcester and also all that Part of a Tract of Land Called Jordans Point that formerly did belong to John Jackson and Mary his Wife contiguous to the aforesaid Tract Called Worcester lying in Dorchester County af.d together with all and every the Appurtenances to the Beforementioned Parcels of Land in any wise Belonging and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services of all and Singular the said Premisses and all the Estate Right Title Interest property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Robert Bromwell of in and to the Bargained Premisses and every part and Parcel thereof with their and Every of their Appurtenances To have and to Hold the af.d Parcels of Land and all and Singular the Appurtenances thereof unto him the said Thomas Linthecum his heirs & Assigns to the only Proper use & Behoof of him the said Thomas Linthecum his heirs And Assigns forever And the said Robert Bromwell Doth for himself and his heirs hereby Covenant and Grant to and with the af.d Thomas Linthecum his heirs and assigns that he the said Robert Bromwell the Parcels of Land and Premisses with all and Every the Appurtenances thereof unto the af.d Thomas Linthecum his heirs and Assigns against him the said Robert Bromwell and his heirs and against all and every other Person and Persons Whatsoever shall and will Warrant and for Ever defend by these Presents and he the said Robert Bromwell doth for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators further Covenant and Grant to and with the said Thomas Linthecum his heirs and Assigns and Every of them that he the said Robert Bromwell is rightfully and Absolutely seised of a good pure and Indefeasible Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple of in and to the Lands and Premisses hereby Granted and Sold with all and Every the Appurtenances thereof and that he the said Robert Bromwell now hath good right Lawfull and Absolute Power and Authority in himself to Grant Alien and Convey all and Singular the aforesaid Parcels of Land and Premisses with their and Every of their Appurtenances unto the said Thomas Linthecum his heirs and Assigns to his and their only Proper use and Behoof forever and further also the said Robert Bromwell for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them doth Covenant and Grant to and with the said Thomas Linthecum his heirs and Assigns that he the said Robert Bromwell and his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter at the reasonable request and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Thomas Linthecum his heirs or Assigns or some of them make do Levy Execute Acknowledge and Suffer or Cause to made done Levied Executed Acknowledged and Suffered all such further or Other Act and Acts Thing and things Devise and Devises Assurance and Assurances Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law whatsoever for the more Perfect Assuring Conveying and Confirming the Premisses aforesaid and every part and Parcel thereof with all and Singular the Appurtenances to the same Belonging unto the said Thomas Linthecum his heirs and Assigns forever as by the said Thomas Linthecum his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably Advised Devised or required In Witness whereof the Party first to these Presents hath hereunto Put his hand and seale the Day and year first above Written Rob.t Bromwell (Seal) Sign'd Sealed and Deliver'd Greenberry Goldsborough In the Presence of Us Jn.o Leeds Interlineations between the Second & third Lines and Between the eighth & Ninth Lines and Between the fourteenth & fifteenth Lines being first made) (On) |
