(438) East forty six perches thence North Seventy one Degrees thence to the Beginning Containing and Laid out one hundred and forty seven Acres of Land More or Less heretofore Sold and Conveyed by a Certain Robert Wood and Mary his Wife to the aforesaid Robert Horner Also two Severall tracts or parcells of Land the one Called Parr the other Croppers Reserve lying Scituate and being in Charles County aforesaid the Land Called Parr Beginning at a bounded white oak Standing upon a plain near a tract of Land Called Hadlow running thence West and by North twenty four Perches to a bounded White Oak standing by the Main Swamp Side that runneth into Piles's Fresh running up the Swamp aforesaid North East and by North one hundred and twenty perches to a bounded Gum thence East thirty perches Still binding upon the said Swamp to a bounded Beach the Bound tree of John Herds Land Called hitchin thence South bounding upon Herd's Land one hundred and twenty six perches to a bounded red Oak thence until it Comes to the first bound tree Containing and laid out for fifty Acres More or Less the other part or parcell of Land called Croppers Reserve lying and being in Charles County aforesaid Beginning at a bounded Poplar standing on the East side of Piles's Fresh running thence South East and by South twenty one perches to a bounded red oak of a parcell of Land Called Hadlow bounding upon Hadlow South East one hundred and Sixty perches to a bounded red oak on the side of a Hill thence North binding upon Hitchen one hundred and two perches to a bounded red oak of a parcel of Land Called Parr thence binding upon Parr West South West twenty five perches to a bounded white Oak thence West and by North twenty four perches to a bounded white Oak by the said Swamp of Piles's thence until it Comes to the first bound tree Containing and laid out for forty five Acres of Land More or less being the same Parcells of Land heretofore sold and Conveyed by a Certain William Maclien to the aforesaid Robert Horner Also all that tract tracts parcell or parcells of Land Being and lying in New Port Forrest in Charles County aforesaid Commonly Called and known by the name of Hadlow Beginning at a bounded red Oak Called the Wolf pitt tree running South fifty eight degrees East one hundred and fifty Six perches to a Poplar thence South forty three degrees West five perches thence South thirty four Degrees West one hundred and forty Six perches to a Spanish Oak thence South thirty two Degrees West one hundred Perches thence North sixty Degrees West forty Six perches to a locust post thence North West one hundred and twenty Seven Perches to a White Oak thence to the beginning Containing and laid out for two hundred and thirty four Acres of Land More or Less and heretofore Sold and Conveyed by a Certain Robert Mackhon to the aforesaid Robert Horner Also a tract or parcell of Land Called Hitchin lying and being in Charles County aforesaid Beginning at a bounded Poplar the first Bound tree of a tract of Land Called Lumley running thence West fifty perches thence South one hundred and sixty perches thence East fifty perches thence to the first tree lying and being in the County aforesaid Containing and Laid out for fifty acres More or Less and heretofore Sold and (Conveyed) |
