       Been Applied in the first place to or towards the Satisfaction of the Interest which had arose
       on the said Bond  Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said John Hammond
       by way of further and Additional security for the said Sum of two thousand and seventeen
       pounds five shillings and eleven pence sterling Money so as af.d due and owing on the Bond
       aforesaid and not by way of or as payment Satisfaction or Discharge of the said last mentioned
       sum of Money as the Bond aforesaid and for and in consideration of the sum of five Shillings
       Sterling Money by him the said John Buchanan to him the said John Hammond Dorsey in
       hand paid at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the Receit whereof he doth hereby
       Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth acquit exonerate and discharge the af.d John Buchanan
       his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these presents Hath given
       granted Bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed  And by these presents Doth
       give grant Bargain sell alien release Enfeoff and confirm unto him the said John Buchanan
       his Heirs and Assigns forever all those three Several tracts and also all that part of a Tract
       of Land Lying and Being in Baltimore County which follow to wit Success Containing three Hundred
       and seventy five Acres of Land more or less  The Biters Bitt Containing twenty Seven Acres more or
       Less, Good Luck Containing one hundred Acres more or Less and Part of a Tract of Land
       Called the three sisters adjoining to Good Luck and containing two hundred Acres more or Less
       Together with all houses Buildings Gardens Orchards ways Waters Water Courses Timber
       Timber Trees Woods underwoods Priviledges Improvements Advantages and Appurtenances Whatsoever
       to the said three Tracts and the aforesaid part of the Tract of Land aforesaid Belonging or
       in any wise appertaining And the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcell thereof And all the Estate Right Title
       Interest Use Trust property Possession Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said
       John Hammond Dorsey of in or to the said three Tracts and the af.d part of the Tract of
       Land aforesaid and every of them with their and each and every of their Appurtenances And
       he the said John Hammond Dorsey for the Purpose before Expressed and in Consideration
       of the before mentioned Sum of five Shillings Sterling Hath also given granted bargained sold
       and transferred  And by these Presents Doth give grant Bargain Sell and transfer unto him
       the said John Buchanan his Executors Admrs and Assigns the twelve following Negro
       Slaves of him the said John Hammond Dorsey now being in his Possession to wit Toby,
       Sam, James, Jack, Glasgow, Isaac, Phill, Jerry, Hannah, Phebe, Kate and Jacob with the
       Increase of those of the said Slaves who are Females To have and to Hold the said
       Bargained and sold three Tracts of Land and part of the af.d other Tract of Land with their
       and each and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances to him the said John Buchanan
       his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said John Buchanan his
       Heirs and assigns forever and to or for no other Use Intent or purpose Whatsoever And to
       have and to hold the said Negroe Slaves & the Increase afs.d to him the said John
       Buchanan his Executors Admr.s and Assigns as his and their own proper Slaves to his & their
       own proper use provided Always and these presents are upon this express Condition that if
       the said John Hammond Dorsey his Heirs Executors or Administrators do and Shall well and
       truly pay or cause to be paid to him the said John Buchanan his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns the said sum of two thousand and Seventeen Pounds five shillings and eleven
       Pence Sterling at or before the Ninth Day of August next then these Presents and every Article
