       any of them or of or by any other Person or persons whatsoever And that free and clear &
       freely and Clearly acquitted exonerated and Discharged or Otherwise well and sufficiently
       Saved harmless & kept Indempnified by the said Moses Meeke and his heirs of from
       and against all & all manner of former or other Grants Bargaines Sales Gifts Assignments
       Lease Trust and Mortgage and other Incumbrance of him the said Moses Meeke
       and his heirs had Done made committed or suffered or by any other Person or persons whatsoever
       claiming by from or under him or them or either of them or by through or with his their or any
       of their Act means ^consent privity or procurement and lastly that he the said Moses Meeke and his heirs & all & every other person or persons whomsoever^ Claiming lawfully by from or under him or under him or them or any of them shall and
       will at any time or times hereafter upon the reasonable request and at the proper Costs &
       Charges in the Law of him the said Moses Meeke his heirs and Assigns make doe acknowledge
       Levy suffer & execute or cause or procure to be made done Acknowledged Levyed
       Suffered & Executed all and every such other Deed or Act thing or things Conveyances or
       Assurances in the Law of him the said Aaron Meeke his heirs or Assigns for the further
       better more perfect and absolute assuring & sure making all and singular the said before
       bargained and Sold Premises with the Appurtenances unto the said Aaron Meeke
       his heirs and Assigns or by his or their Council Learned in the Law shall reasonably
       be devised or required to bar in the most effectual Manner any Claim or Demand
       of the sid Moses Meeke his heirs or Assigns or any other whatsoever In Witness
       whereof the said Moses Meeke hath hereunto set his hand and Affixed his Seal
       the Day & Year above written                                                                      his

       Meeke the sum of Twenty Pounds currency being the Consideration within

             On the Eleventh day of August 1768 came before me the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships the right Honourable the Lord Proprietarys Justices of the provincial
       court the within named Moses Meeke party to the within Deed and acknowledged
       the same to be his Act and Deed and the fifty Acres of Land and premises therein
       mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within named Aaron Meeke his
       heirs and Assigns forever according to the true intent and meaning of the same Deed
       and the Act of Assembly in such Case made & Provided
