       by himself his Substitutes or assigns For me and and in my Name and for my own proper use &
       Benefit To Enter upon and Take Possession of all and Singular Messuages Lands and
       Tenements Plantations Commons Waistes Tools Usensils Slaves Negroes Goods Chattles
       Hereditaments and Premisses whatsoever and wharesoever off what Nature Kind or
       Quality so ever the same do or may Consist Lying and Being in Mariland Virginia
       and Pensilvania or any off Them with Their and Every of their Rights Members Priviledges
       and Appurtenances and all and Singularly the Premisses which I have a right to or
       Interest therein or which I may Lawfully and Rightfully Claim in any part of North America
       and in Case he shall meet with any Obstruction from the Occupyers Theiroff or any part theiroff
       For me and in my Name To Compel them their to by a Due Course off Law And allso I do
       hereby Further Impower him the Receive the Rents and Income off all or any off the said
       primisses  And to settle accounts with the occupyers theiroff And to account To no Body but
       me my heirs Executors or adminis.trs For the Rest remaining Part or Resadue of all and
       Singular the said Premisses hereby Giving and Granting to my said attorney my Full
       power Strength and authority in and about the premisses To Sell and Dispose thereoff
       And upon Recept off any Debt Sum and Sums off Money which shall be made apear To
       be due and owing To me Acquitances and other Discharges For me To make seall and
       Deliver and all and Every other act and thing needfull To be done in or about the primisses
       for the Recovery off any such Sum or Sums off money as afores.d And For me and in My
       Name To do Execute and perform as Largely and Amply in Every Respect as I Could do
       if I was parsonally present Hereby Revoking by these Presents all former powers Rattifying
       and Holding Firm and Valid all and whatsoever my said Attorney or his Substitutes
       shall Lawfully do or Cause to be done in or about the premisses By virtue off these
       presents In Witness whereoff I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal the tenth
       day of July In the Seventh Year off the Reign off his majesty King George the Third
       and in the Year off our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Seven

                Maryland fs.t   Came before me one of the Justices of the Provincial Court
       Thomas Denton one of the Witnesses to the within power of Attorney and made oath on the
       holy Evangelists of Almighty God That he saw the within Mentioned William Thompson sign
       sell and deliver the within power of Attorney as his Act and Deed for the purposes therein mentioned
11 sides   And that he also Saw the within named Thomas Clement and Isaac Todd the other Subscribing
       witnesses Sign the within power of Attorney as witnesses thereto                           Sworn to before me
