       and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever clear and free
       from all incumbrances whatsoever and the said Sophia Galloway for
       Herself her heirs executors and administrators doth covenant Promise
       Grant and Agree to ad with the said Stephen Watkins his heirs executors
       administrators and assigns that she the said Sophia Galloway the
       said Three Tracts or parcells of Land herein before mentioned and
       described and intended to be hereby Granted and every part and parcell
       thereof unto the said Stephen Watkins his heirs and assigns against
       her the said Sophia Galloway and her Heirs and against all and every
       other person or persons whatsoever claiming or to claim any Right
       or Title thereto or to any part or parcell thereof shall and will warrant
       and for ever Defend by these presents And further that the said
       Sophia Galloway her heirs and assigns shall and will at all Times
       hereafter upon the Lawfull and Reasonable request and at the cost and
       charges in the Law of the said Stephen Watkins his Heirs and Assigns
       make do Acknowledge perfect and execute unto the said Stephen
       Watkins his heirs & Assigns all and every such further and other
       Lawfull and reasonably conveyance or conveyances assurance or
       assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further and better Granting
       Conveying and Assuring the said Tracts or parcells of Land and
       Premisses with the appurtenances unto the said Stephen Watkins
       his Heirs and Assigns as by the said Stephen Watkins his heirs
       and assigns shall be reasonably advised Devised or required  In
       Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto
       interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seals the day
       and year first above written
       Signed Seald & Deliverd
          in Presence of us

          On the back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t

       Received on the day and year first within mentioned of and from
       the within named Stephen Watkins the sum of Five hundred
       and Twenty five pounds sterling being the consideration money
       within mentioned to be by him paid to me I say received by
