       for the aforesaid parts of the tracts of Land aforesaid with the Appurtenances by such name or names
       quantity quality number or Content of Acres or other Certainties and Descriptions as shall be Apt and
       and Convenient in that behalf to which writt or writts the said George Beall Shall Appear  
       gratis in his proper person or by his Attorney or Attorneys lawfully authorized and Shall vouch
       to warrant the premises the said Joshua Beall and Eleanor his wife who Shall likewise Appear
       Gratis in their proper person or by their Attorney or Attorneys authorized and Shall and will enter into
       the said warranty ^and vouch over to warranty the same premisses the Common Vouchers who shall thereupon appear and enter into the said warranty^ and after Imparlance make default and Such further and other proceedings
       Shall be therein had so that one or more Good and perfect common recovery or recoveries with
       double vouchers Shall and may be had and Suffered perfected and executed in all things according
       to the usual form of common recoveries with double voucher for Assurance of Lands in such Case
       used and Accustomed And it is hereby further Covenanted concluded granted declared and fully
       agreed by and between all the said parties to these presents that from and After ^the Suffering and perfecting the said Recovery or recoveries as well these presents and the Assurances hereby made^ the Common recovery
       or recoverys so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be had Suffered and perfected Shall be and
       enure and shall be adjudged Construed deemed and taken and is and was meant and Intended and is
       hereby declared to be and enure to the recoveror or recoverors in the said recovery or recoverys named
       or to be named and he and they and his and their heirs Shall Stand and be Seized of the tracts of Land
       aforesaid and premisses and every part thereof to and for the only proper use and behoof of him the
       said Joshua Beall his heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or purpose
       Whatsoever  In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably put
       their hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above written

       On the Back of the Aforegoing ^Re^ Lease was thus Endorsed viz.t

          Received the day and Year within written of & from the same George Beall the
       Sum of five Shillings Sterling money being the Consideration money within specified
       Witness  J Hepburn                                                                           Jos.a Beall

          Be it Remembered that on the Seventeenth day of October Seventeen hundred
       and Sixty Seven came Joshua Beall & Eleanor his wife before me one of his Lordships Justices
       of the provincial court and Acknowledged the within mentioned land & premisses to be the right
       of the within named George Beall and his heirs According to the true intent and meaning of
       the above instrument of wrighting At the Same time said Eleanor wife of the said Joshua Beall  
       being privately Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband declared that She relinquished
       her Right of Dower in the within Lands and that She made the Same Acknowledgement
       freely and willingly without any threats or compultion of her husband or fear of gaining his
       Displeasure                     taken before and Certified by                        J Hepburn
                   Recorded the 13.th day of May 1768
