(385) and John Murdock All the Right title Interest property Claim and demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity of him the said Thomas Addison Junior of in and to a Tract or parcel of Land called Addisons Choice lying and being in Frederick County and of in and to every part and parcel thereof together with all and singular the Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Meadows Commons Pastures feedings Trees Woods Underwoods ways paths Waters Water Courses Easements profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Hereditaments whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise Appertaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tract or parcel of Land and all his the said Thomas Addison Junior's Right title Interest property claim and demand whatsoever of in and to the same and premisses and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto them the said Addison Murdock and John Murdock their Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the Date of these presents for and during and until the full end and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and ended To the intent and purpose That by force and virtue of these presents and of the Statute for Transferring uses into possession the said Addison Murdock and John Murdock may be in Actual possession of the premisses and be thereof enabled to take and accept a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to them and their Heirs forever In Witness whereof the said Thomas Addison Junior hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered Tho.s Addison Jun.r (seal) in the presence of us Geo Steuart Lanc.t Jacques Received on the Day and Year first within written of and from the within named Addison Murdock and John Murdock the sum of five shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by them paid to me Received by me Witness Tho.s Addison Jun.r Geo Steuart Lanc.t Jacques Recorded the 30.th Day of April 1768 ½ side Ex.d This Indenture made this twenty ninth Day of April in the Year seventeen hundred and sixty eight Between Thomas Addison Junior of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one part and Addison Murdock of the same County and Province Gentleman and John Murdock of Frederick County in the Province (aforesaid) |
