(38) and Assigns without the Impeachment of him the said Stephen Watkins his Heirs or Assigns or any claiming by from or under him them or any of them And further that he the said Stephen Watkins his heirs and Assigns shall and will at any Time or Times hereafter at the reasonable request cost and charges of the said Samuel Galloway his Heirs or Assigns make do acknowledge suffer and execute any further or other act Deed or assurance whereby the said Partition and Division may be more firmly and effectually secured and Established In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seals the Day and year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Jn.o Ijams Stephen Watkins (seal) Sam.l Chew Samuel Galloway (Seal) On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t Received on the Day and year first within written of and from the within named Samuel Galloway the sum of Ten Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me Witness I say received by Stephen Watkins Jn.o Ijams Sam.l Chew Annarundel Co.ty fs.t On the 31.st Day of October 1765 Came before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices's the within named Stephen Watkins and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be assigned allotted granted bargained and sold to the within named Samuel Galloway to be the Right and Estate of him the said Samuel Galloway his heirs and Assigns forever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the within Deed and the act of assembly in such case made and provided And at the same Time also came personally before us Ellinor Watkins the wife of the same Stephen Watkins and did acknowledge that she freely relinquished her Right of Dower to the Lands and premisses within mentioned to be assigned allotted granted bargained and sold and fully consented to the within Instrument of Writing and |
