       appurtenances whatsoever to the said Part or Portion of the said
       Three Tracts of Land hereby allotted granted bargained and sold to the
       said Samuel Galloway or meant mentioned or intended so to be belonging
       or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every
       Part and Parcell thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust
       Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Stephen
       Watkins of into or out of the said Premisses hereby allotted granted
       bargained and sold to him the said Samuel Galloway or meant mentioned
       or intended so to be and every or any part or parcell thereof To have and
       to hold the said Premisses hereby allotted granted bargained and sold
       to the said Samuel Galloway or meant mentioned or intended so to be
       with the Rights Members and Appurtenances thereto belonging to him
       the said Samuel Galloway his heirs & assigns to the only proport
       use and Behoof of the said Samuel Galloway his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever by him the said Samuel Galloway and his Heirs for ever to
       be had and held in severalty as and for his part of the said
       three Tracts of Land and Appurtenances to or for no other use
       Intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Stephen Watkins for
       himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth covenant and
       grant to and with the said Samuel Galloway his heirs executors
       administrators and assigns in manner and form following that
       is to say That is to say That he the said Samuel Galloway his
       Heirs and Assigns shall and may from henceforth forever
       hereafter quietly an peaceably have hold use occupy possess
       and enjoy the said Premisses herein before allotted granted bargained
       and sold to him or meant meant mentioned or intended so to be
       and the Rents Issues and profits thereof to is & their own proper
       use may freely take receive and have without the Let Suit
       Trouble Hindrance  Deniel or Demand of him the said Stephen
       Watkins his heirs or assigns or any person or persons claiming
       or to claim by from or under him them or any or either of them
       And that the said Partition Limitation and allotment so made
       as aforesaid shall for ever remain firm and valid between
       them the said Stephen Watkins and Samuel Galloway their Heirs
