(369) Hath granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed And by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and Confirm unto the said John Worthington all the above mentioned piece parcel or part of a Tract of Land as the same is above described together with all and singular the Buildings Improvements Ways Waters Water Courses Swamps Cripples Meadows Marshes Woods Underwoods Timber and Trees Easements Profits Commodities Emoluments Priviledges Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise Appertaining and also all the Estate Right title Interest use Possession Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said William Worthington of into or out of the same or any part or parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or part of a Tract of Land as the same is above described hereby Granted or mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and Sold with all and every the premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise Appertaining unto the said John Worthington son of John and to his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for Ever And the said William Worthington for himself and his Heirs doth hereby Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said John Worthington his Heirs and Assigns by these presents that he the said William Worthington the said piece part or parcel of Land and premisses with all and every the Appurtenances unto the said John Worthington and to his heirs and Assigns from and against him the said William Worthington and his heirs and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof by from or under him the said William Worthington or his heirs or by from or under any of them shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written Sealed and Delivered in the presence of William Worthington (seal) Henry James David Moore Febry 25.th 1768 Reced of M.r John Worthington son John one hundred and forty Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain being the Consideration Money within mentioned as witness my Hand the Day and Year aforesaid Witness Henry James David Moore William Worthington On the twenty fifth Day of Febry 1768 came the within named William Worthington son of William and acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be his Act (and) |
