       south twenty Degrees East two hundred and twenty nine perches South thirty
       Degrees west fifty eight perches then with a line drawn across to the end of the
       thirty second course of the Resurvey on Whiskie Ridge North thirty three Degrees
       East forty four perches North twenty seven Degrees west sixty perches North
       ten Degrees west one hundred thirty six perches to the Division Line between
       this part and the part laid off for John Worthington the Grand son then along the
       said Division line to the place of Beginning Containing and laid out for Three
       hundred and fifty Acres be the same more or less together with all and singular
       the premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
       To have and to hold the said Granted and released Land and premisses with the
       Appurtenances unto him the said William Worthington his heirs and Assigns for
       ever against all and all manner of person or persons lawfully Claiming by from
       or under them the said John Worthington Son John and John Worthington son
       William or either of them their or either of their Heirs or by their or either of their
       means or procurement  In Witness whereof the said John Worthington son of
       John and John Worthington Son of William have hereunto Set Hands and
       affixed their Seals the Day and Year aforesaid

       Acts and the Lands and premisses thereby released and confirmed to be the
       Right Title and Estate of the within mentioned William Worthington son of
       William his Heirs and Assigns for ever
