Ex.d   This Indenture made this fifth Day of January in the Year of
       our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty eight Between Benjamin
       Tasker of the City of Annapolis in Ann Arundel County and Province of
       Maryland Esquire of the one part and John Sasser of Frederick County
       and Province aforesaid Ship Carpenter of the other part  Witnesseth that
       the said Benjamin Tasker for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred
       and one pounds three shillings and six pence Sterling Money of Great Britain
       to him in hand paid or secured to be paid by the said John Sasser the receipt
       whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and doth acquit Release exonerate and
       Discharge the said John Sasser his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       for Ever and from every part and parcel thereof The said Benjamin Tasker for
       the Consideration aforesaid hath bargained sold aliened Infeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these presents doth bargain sell alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said
       John Sasser his Heirs and Assigns all that part of a Tract or parcel of Land
       lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid Condemned by the Provincial
       Court as the Effects of Samuel Hyde to said Benjamin Tasker called and
       known by the name of Magruders and Bealls Honesty, Containing
       Three hundred thirty seven and one quarter Acres of Land clear of
       Potomack River  To have and to hold the said Tract or parcel of Land unto the
       said John Sasser his heirs and Assigns for ever and for no other use intent or
       purpose whatsoever and the said Benjamin Tasker for himself and his
       heirs doth covenant and agree to and with the said John Sasser his Heirs
       and Assigns at his or their proper request and expence to execute any
       other Deed or Instrument of Writing within two Years from the Date hereof
       for the better Conveying assuring and Confirming the said Land unto the said
       John Sasser his Heirs and Assigns  In Witness whereof the said Benjamin
       Tasker hath hereunto set his Hand and seal the Day and Year aforesaid
       Sealed and Delivered in presence of us                           Benj.a Tasker   (seal)

          Received 5.th January 1768 of M.r John Sasser the Vendee within named
