       their and every of their Appurtenances and the Rents issues and profits
       thereof and of every part and parcel thereof receive and take to their and
       his own proper use and behoof without any let suit Trouble Eviction
       Ejection Interruption Molestation Claim or denial whatsoever of or by the
       said Henry Wright his Heirs Executors or Administrators or any of them
       or any of them or of or by any other person or persons whomsoever and
       that free and clear and freely and clearly acquitted exonerated and discharged
       or otherwise well and sufficiently saved harmless and kept Indemnifyed
       by the said Henry Wright his Heirs Executors and Administrators of from
       and against all and all manner of former and other Gifts grants bargains
       Sales Assignments Leases Estates uses trusts Mortgages forfeitures &
       Surrenders and all manner of Incumbrances whatsoever by him the said
       Henry Wright his Heirs Executors & Administrators had made done or
       suffered or by any other person or persons whomsoever And further that
       the said Henry Wright his Heirs Executors & Administrators shall and will
       at any Time or Times hereafter at the proper Cost and charge of him the
       said Henry Wright suffer and execute any further or other Deed Assureance
       or Conveyance in the Law that shall be reasonably devised or required for the
       further assuring and confirming the Land before mentioned with the
       Appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Hyde his Heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns  Provided nevertheless and it is absolutely
       and expressly the true intent and meaning of these presents that if the said
       Henry Wright his Heirs Executors or Administrators or either of them
       do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said thomas
       Hyde his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns on or before the first
       Day of December next ensuing the Date hereof the just and full sum above
       mentioned of seventy Pounds four shillings and seven pence Current
       Money with the legal Interest arising thereon then this present Deed of
       Mortgage and every Article Clause and thing contained therein shall cease
       determine and be utterly and to all intents and purposes but otherwise to
       stand remain and be in full Force and virtue in Law  In Testimony whereof
       the said Henry Wright hath hereunto set his Hand and seal the Day and
       Year above Written
