       Henry Wright in hand well and truly paid by the said Thomas Hyde at or before the
       sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Henry Wright doth
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and from every part and parcel thereof doth
       acquit release and clearly discharge the said Thomas Hyde his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns and every of them for ever by these presents he the said Henry
       Wright hath bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and Confirmed and by these presents
       doth fully clearly and absolutely bargain sell alien enfeoff release and confirm unto the
       said Thomas Hyde his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever  All that
       undivided Moiety or the said Henry Wright his half part of a certain undivided
       Tract or Tracts parcel of parcels of Land lying and being in Ann arundel County in
       the Province of Maryland aforesaid situated lying and being on the North side of
       Severn River and whereon Benjamin Wright deceased Father to the sid Henry
       Wright did formerly dwell which said undivided moiety of the said Tract or
       Tracts parcel or parcels of Land the said Benjamin Wright did by his Last
       Will and Testament among other things Give and Bequeath unto the said Henry
       Wright reference being had to the said Will in the Prerogative Office more at large
       will appear Together with all ways water Courses Advantages and appurtenances what
       soever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining Together also with the Messuages
       or Tenements and other the Buildings and Improvements now Erected or hereafter to be
       Erected and Built on his Moiety or half part of the Land aforesaid and also all the Estate
       Right title Interest Inheritance use trust property Claim and demand whatsoever
       of him the said Henry Wright his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns of in and
       to the same or any part or parcel thereof  To have and to hold all and singular the said
       premisses hereby bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed or mentioned
       or intended so to be and every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances
       unto the said Thomas Hyde his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       To the only proper use and behoof of him the said Thomas Hyde his Heirs and Assigns
       absolutely for ever  And the said Henry Wright for himself his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators and for ever of them doth covenant Promise and agree to and with
       the said Thomas Hyde his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and to and with     
       every of them by these presents That he the said Thomas Hyde his Heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns shall and lawfully may from Time to Time and at all
       Times for ever hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy Possess and Enjoy
       all and singular the said Premisses hereby bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed released
       and Confirmed or mentioned or intended so to be and every part and parcel thereof with
