(341) said Land which said Course is North twenty three Degrees East one hundred and twenty perches and runing with the said Line North twenty three Degrees East one hundred perches to the end of the said line thereof thence with the out lines of the said Land the five following Courses viz.t North twenty seven Degrees west thirty four perches thence North eighty three Degrees East one hundred and thirty perches thence south fifty eight perches thence south fifty one Degrees west thirty four perches thence south seven Degrees west seventy eight perches and from thence with a streight Line to the first begining place Containing and laid out for One hundred Acres more or less To have and to hold the aforesaid parcel of Land with all and singular the Appurtenances unto him the said Greenbury Bishop his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and the said Luke Davis doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns the said Land and premisses hereby granted sold or mentioned to be granted or sold and every part or parcel thereof with all and singular the Appurtenances unto the said Greenbury Bishop his Heirs and Assigns against the said Luke Davis his heirs or Assigns and against all and every person or persons claiming from by or under the said Luke Davis or any of them shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents and also that he the said Luke Davis now hath full power good right Lawful Authority and true Title to grant alien bargain sell and Confirm the before Bargained premisses and every part and parcel thereof unto the said Greenbury Bishop his heirs or Assigns in manner and form aforesaid and according to the true intent and meaning of these presents In witness whereof the said party hath hereunto set his Hand and affixed his seal the Day and Year first above written Signd Seald & Delivered in the presence of us Luke Davis (seal) Benjamin Roger Will.m Aisquith Received the Day and year within mentioned of the within named Greenbury Bishop the sum of Nine Pounds Sterling Money being the Consideration mentioned to be paid me for the Lands & Premisses therein named as witness my hand Luke Davis Test Will.m Aisquith Baltimore County 30.th Oct.r 1767 Then came Luke Davis before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices for Baltimore County and acknowledged the within Indenture of Bargain and sale to be his Act and Deed and the Land and premisses within mentioned to be the Estate right and Title of the within named Greenbury Bishop his Heirs and Assigns for ever And at the same Time (Came) |
