(34) assigns shall and will at any time or times hereafter at the reasonable Request Cost and Charges of the said Stephen Watkins his heirs or assigns make do acknowledge suffer and execute any further or other Act Deed or Assurance whereby the said Partition and Division may be more firmly and effectually Secured & Established In Witness Whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Sam.l Galloway (seal) Stephen Watkins (seal) Jn.o Ijams Sam.l Chew On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received on the Day and Year first within written of and from the within named Stephen Watkins the sum of ten shillings sterling being the consideration money within mentioned to be by him paid to me I say received by Sam.l Galloway Jn.o Ijams Sam.l Chew S.r Ann arundel Co.ty Ss.t On the 31.st Day of October 1765 came before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justicess the Within named Samuel Galloway and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be assigned allotted granted bargained and sold to the within named Stephen Watkins to be the Right and Estate of him the said stephen Watkins his heirs and assigns forever according to the true intent and meaning of the within Deed and the act of assembly in such case made and provided Jno Ijams Sam.l Chew 13¼ s.ds Recorded 31.st October 1765 Examined This Indenture made this thirty first Day of October in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty five Between Stephen Watkins of Ann Arundel County planter of the one part and Samuel Galloway of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the other part whereas the said Stephen Watkins and Samuel Galloway (being) |
