Ex.d
       This Indenture made the eighth day of October in the Year of our Lord one
       thousand seven hundred and sixty seven Between John Crew of Kent County in the
       Province aforesaid Farmer of the one part and Nicholas Maccubbin of the City of
       Annapolis Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of
       the sum of one hundred and fifty Pounds Current Money to him in hand paid at or
       before the ensealing and Delivery hereof by the said Nicholas Maccubbin the receipt
       of which the said John Crew doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and of
       every part and parcell thereof doth clearly and Absolute Acquit Release and Discharge
       the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and
       every of them for ever by these presents the said John Crew Doth Grant Bargain sell
       Alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns for
       ever Part of a Tract or parcell of Land called Fish Hall Originally Granted to
       William Fisher lying then in Baltimore County on the East side of Cheapeeak Bay
       and on the South side of Sassafras River but now in Kent County Containing Two
       hundred and twenty five Acres which said part of the Tract or parcell of Land
       aforesaid Begins at the end of two hundred and fifty perches on the second Course
       of the said Land it being a South Course from the second Tree of Fish Hall and
       Runing South with the said Line two hundred and eighty four perches to the end of the
       end of the original line then west eighty eight and one half North two hundred eighty
       four perches with the fourth Line of the said Land then with a straight Line to the
       Begining Containing One Hundred Acres of Land more or Less which all and singular
       the Edifices Improvements and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or which are
       deemed to belong to the same and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and
       Remainders Rents Issues and other profits of the said premisses hereby Granted
       Bargained sold Aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and of every part and parcell thereof
       and also all the Estate Right Title Interest property claim and demand whatsoever
       both in Law and Equity of the said John Crew therein and thereunto To have and to
       hold the said Land and premisses to Occupy possess and enjoy the same with all
       and singular the premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby Granted
       bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and every part and parcell thereof
       unto the said Nicholas Maccubbin his heirs and Assigns and to the only proper use
       and Behoof of him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns for Ever
       and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said John Crew doth for
