Ex.d
       This Indenture made the twenty first day of August Anno
       Domini 1767  By and between Thomas Green of Frederick County
       Planter of the one part and Jacob Waters of the said County Mill
       Wright of the other part  Witnesseth that the said Thomas Green
       for and in Consideration of the sum of thirty five Pounds Current
       Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said Jacob
       Waters before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
       receit whereof the aforesaid Thomas Green doth hereby Acknowledge
       and himself therewith fully satisfyd and paid and doth Acquit
       exonerate and discharge the aforesaid Jacob Waters his heirs Executors
       and Administrators hath Bargained and sold transferd and confirmd
       and by these presents doth bargain and sell transfer and confirm
       unto him the aforesaid Jacob Waters his heirs and Assigns for ever
       all that Tract of Land lying and being in Middle Senicar in
       Frederick County known and called by the name of  Susannah
       Begining at a bounded white oak standing near the head of a
       Branch and near the Spring and runing from thence North forty
       five degrees west forty two perches South forty one Degrees West
       eighty four perches South forty eight East forty six perches South
       forty perches south thirty three Degrees West forty four perches
       North sixty nine Degrees East seventy nine perches then with a
       Streight Line to the Begining Containing fifty Acres of Land
       more or less together with all woods under woods timber and Timber
       trees water and water courses free egress and regress from and
       unto the same as also all profits priviledges and Appurtenances
       whatsoever unto the said parcell of Land or any part thereof or
       in any wise appertaining  To have and to hold the said land
       and all and singular the premisses therein before mentioned
       or intended to be granted Bargained and sold and every part or
       parcell thereof with their and every rights Members and Appurtenances
       unto the aforesaid Jacob Waters his heirs and Assigns for ever to the
       only use and behoof of the aforesaid Jacob Waters his heirs and Assigns
