(293) him the said Francis Hall his heirs and Assigns for ever and to the only proper use and Benefitt and behoof of him the said Francis Hall his heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever so that neither the said Nicholas Low Darnall nor Susannah his Wife nor their Heirs nor Assigns nor any of them nor any person or persons whatsoever Claiming or to Claim by from or under him or them or any of them shall or will hereafter Claim or Demand any right title Interest Estate Claim or property of in and to the said Land and premisses or to any part thereof but from all and every Action Right Title Estate Claim property or demand whatsoever of in and to the same and the said Nicholas Low Darnall his heirs and every of them shall be utterly exclued and Debarr'd for ever by these presents In Confirmation whereof the partys to these presents first above mentioned have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered Nich.s L Darnall (seal) in the Presence of Susannah Darnall (seal) Henry Hall Tho.s Franklin On the Back of the aforegoing Deed were the following endorsments to wit Be it Remembered that on this Tenth day of June 1767 Came Nicholas Low Darnall and Susannah his Wife and Acknowledged the within Deed to be their Acts and the land and premisses therein Contained to be the right title interest and Estate of Francis Hall his heirs and Assigns forever And at the same time Susannah Wife of the said Nicholas Low Darnall Acknowledged her right of Dower and being by us privately Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband declared that she made her Acknowledgment willingly and freely without being induced thereto by fear threat or ill usage of her Husband or fear of his Displeasure taken and Certifyed the day and year above written By Tho.s Franklin W.m Smith 6½ sides Received of M.r Francis Hall the sum of two pounds sterling being the Alienation fine on the within Land for the use of the Lord Baltimore by virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and receiver General Recorded the 2.d day of September 1767 J Brice |
