       (by the name and addition of the Right Honorable Frederick Lord Baltimore
       Baron of Baltimore in the Kingdom of Ireland Lord Proprietary of the
       Provinces of Maryland and Avalon in America) seal and as his Act and Deed
       in due Form of Law Deliver and Execute to the uses and purposes therein
       mentioned, the parchment Deed hereunto annexed marked on the Back
       thereof with the Letter (A) bearing date the seventh day of April instant
       Purporting to be a Lease for a year of a certain Manor Called Ann Arundell
       Manor and other Manors and Lands in the said Province of Maryland
       from the said Frederick Lord Baltimore to the Reverend Bennett Allen
       of the Province of Maryland aforesaid Clerk  And this Deponent saith
       he was also present and as a witness did see the said Frederick Lord
       Baltimore by his Name and Description aforesaid seal and as his Act and
       Deed in due Form of Law deliver to the uses and purposes therein
       mentioned the other Parchment Deed hereunto also Annexed marked on the
       Back thereof with the letter (B) bearing date the eighth day of the same
       April and purporting to be a Release of the same Manor and other the
       premisses from the said Frederick Lord Baltimore to the said Bennett
       Allen  And this Deponent further saith that he was also present and
       as a Witness did see the said Frederick Lord Baltimore (by his Name
       and Description aforesaid) Seal and as his Act and Deed in due Form of
       Law Execute and deliver to the uses and purposes therein mentioned
       the paper writing hereunto also annexed bearing date the same Eighth
       day of April Instant and Purporting to be a power of attorney from the
       said Frederick Lord Baltimore to            Goldsborough of the said Province
       Esquire for the purposes therein mentioned  And that he this Deponent as
       a Witness to the Sealing and Delivery of the said several Deeds of Lease
       and Release and Power of Attorney respectively by the said Frederick
       Lord Baltimore did thereunto respectively Subscribe his Name as thereby
       it doth and may appear  And this Deponent said that the name Hugh
       Hamersly the other Subscribing witness with this Deponent to the Execution
