       To all to whom these presents shall come I Sir Robert Kite Knight Lord Mayor of the
       City of London In pursuance of an Act of Parliament made and passed in the fifth year
       of the Reign of our late Sovereign Lord King George the Second Intitled an Act for the
       more easy Recovery of Debts in his Majestys Plantations and Colonies in America
       do hereby Certify that on the day of the date hereof personally came and appeared
       before me Giles Hitchcock of Serjeants Inn London Gentleman being a person well
       known and worthy of Good Credit and did by Solemn Oath, which he took upon the Holy
       Evangelists of Almighty God, solemnly declare, testify and depose to be true the
       several Matters and things Contained in the Affidavit hereunto annexed

             L S         In Faith and Testimony whereof I the said Lord Mayor have
                            caused the seal of the Office of Mayoralty of the said City of London
       to be hereunto put and Affixed and the two Parchment Deed Marked ^with the Letters^ A & B and
       Paper Writing mentioned in the said affidavit to be also hereunto Annexed Dated in
       London the ninth day of April in the seventh year of the Reign of our Sovereign
       Lord George the Third by the Grace of God, King of Great Britain, France and
       Ireland Defender of the Faith and in the Year of our Lord 1767              Hodges

       Giles Hitchcock of Serjeants Inn London Gentleman maketh oath and saith that
       he was present and as a witness did see the Right Honourable Frederick Lord Baltimore
