       Every of them his and their heirs after such Recovery and Recoverys
       had and perfected shall stand and be Seized of the said Manor Tract or
       District of Land Called Ann Arundell Manor and other the said
       Manors or Reserved Lands Tracts or Districts of Land Tenements
       and hereditaments and all and singular other the premisses herein
       before mentioned to be hereby Granted and Released or intended so to
       be and of every part and parcell thereof to the only proper use and
       behoof of the said Frederick Lord Baltimore his heirs and Assigns
       for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       Provided always and it is hereby further Declared and Agreed
       that neither these Presents nor any thing herein contained shall Frustrate
       or Destroy or in any wise Derogate from Invalidate Impeach prejudice
       or Affect the said thirtieth and thirty first days of January in the
       Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty one heretofore
       made and Executed by the said Frederick Lord Baltimore and the said
       Cecilius Calvert deceased for the purpose of Barring and Destroying
       all Estates Tail and the Reversions and Remainders Expectant or
       Depending of and in the said entire Province Lordship Territory District
       or Tract of Land called Maryland or the Force Validity Operation
       or Effect thereof But that the said Indentures and every thing
       therein Contained shall be remain and Continue in full Force and
       Vigour and as valid and Effectual for the several ends Intents and
       purposes therein mentioned Expressed and Declared of and concerning
       the said entire province Lordship Territory District or Tract of
       Land Called Maryland (the said Manor called Ann Arundell
       Manor and other the Manors or reserved Lands Tenements Hereditaments
       and Premisses herein before mentioned to be hereby Granted and
       Released or intended so to be only Excepted) as if these presents had
       not been made any thing herein before contained to the contrary thereof
