       be had suffered and perfected of the said Manor Tract or District of Land Called
       Ann Arundel Manor and other the said Manors or reserved Lands Tracts or Districts
       of Land Tenements and Hereditaments and all and singular other the Premisses
       herein before mentioned to be hereby Granted and Released or intended so to be
       with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances according to the
       usual Course in the said Province of Common Recoverys with double voucher
       for Assurance of Manors Lands and Hereditaments in such Cases used and
       Accustomed  And it is further Covenanted Concluded Declared and Agreed by
       and between the said Parties to these presents for themselves and their Heirs
       respectively that immediately after the said Common Recovery or Recoverys
       shall be so had suffered and perfected in manner and form as aforesaid or
       in any other manner or form whatsoever then as well the same Recovery or
       Recoverys so to be had and suffered as aforesaid as these presents and
       the Grant and Release hereby made and all and every other Common Recovery
       and Recoverys Fine and Fines Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever
       already had made Levyed Suffered Perfected and Executed or hereafter to be had
       made Levyed Suffered perfected and Executed of the said Manor Tract or District
       of Land called Ann Arundel Manor and other the said manors or reserved
       Lands Tracts or Districts of Land Tenements and Hereditaments and all and
       Singular other the Premisses herein before mentioned to be hereby Granted and
       Released or intended so to be and of every or any part or parcell thereof alone or
       together with any other Lands or Tenements by and between the said parties to these
       presents or any or either of them or whereunto they or any or either of them
       have been are or shall be parties or privies alone or together with any other
       person or persons or wherein the said Frederick Lord Baltimore shall be
       Voucher shall be and Enure and shall be Construed Expounded Adjudged
       Deemed and taken to be and Enure and the same and every of them are and were
       meant and intended and by all and every the said parties to these presents are
       hereby declared to have been and to be and Enure and the Recoveror and
       Recoverors in the said Recovery and Recoverys named or to be named each and
