Ex.d               This Indenture made this Eleventh Day of July in the Year of
       our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty Seven Between Fielder Gannt of Frederick
       County Iron Master of the one Part and George Frazier Hawkins of Prince
       Georges County Gentleman of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Fielder
       Gannt for and in Consideration of the Sum of five hundred and twenty Eight pounds
       eight Shillings and Seven pence Currency to him in hand Paid by the said George
       Frazier Hawkins at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       Receipt whereof the said Fielder Gannt doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof
       and of every part and Parcell thereof doth clearly and absolutely acquit
       exonerate and discharge the said George Frazier Hawkins his Executors and Administrators
       forever by these Presents Hath granted bargained Sold aliened released enfeoffed
       and confirmed and by these Presents for himself and his heirs doth clearly and
       Absolutely grant bargain sell alien release enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said George
       Frazier Hawkins his heirs and Assigns all that that tract or Parcel of Land
       called the Mistaken Rivaial lying and being in Frederick County containing
       four hundred and Eighty one Acres granted to the said Fielder Gannt on or
       about the Second Day of April Seventeen hundred and Sixty three as by the
       Patent for the Same Recorded among the Records of his Lordships Land Office
       reference being thereto had may more fully appear (except one hundred and
       fifty Acres of Land part of the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land called the
       Mistaken Rivaial conveyed by the said Fielder Gannt to a certain Mathias
       Pooley as by the Deed of Conveyance for the Same Recorded among the Records of
                                                                                                                   Frederick
