       heretofore mortgaged by the af.d Joseph Ensor to the af.d John Brice by Deed bearing
       Date the Ninth Day of April Seventeen hundred and Sixty four for the consideration
       therein mentioned as by the said Deed duly Acknowledged and recorded in the Secretarys
       Office in Liber D D N.o 3 folio 266, 267, 268, 269, 270 and 271 reference being thereunto
       had may more fully and at Large Appear and I the said Sarah Brice do hereby confess
       that by the Payment of the aforesaid Sum of Money all my Right Title and Interest
       of in and to the af.d Tract of Land as Executrix of the said John Brice is clearly and
       Absolutely extinguished and that the said Joseph Ensor is thereof Seized and possessed
       to the use of him his heirs and Assigns as in his former Estate  Know Ye therefore
       further That I the said Sarah Brice have remised released and by these Presents for
       me my heirs and Executors do remise release and quit claim unto the said Joseph
       Ensor and his heirs forever All my Right Estate Claim Use Possession Reversion
       Remainder and Demand whatsoever which I as Executrix of the said John Brice ever
       had or now have or which my heirs Executors or Administrators may have of in or to
       the af.d Tract of Land and also all manner of Actions Suits Debts and Demands
       whatsoever which I the said Sarah Brice as Executrix of the said John Brice heretofore
       had or now have against the said Joseph Ensor his heirs Executors or Administrators or
       any of them for or on Account of the said Land  In Witness whereof I have hereunto
       Set my hand and seal this 27.th June 1767

       the Sum of One hundred and Six pounds Current Money paid to me by Valentine Shroyner
       for the Redemption of a Tract of Land called Sweet Molly being part of a Resurvey
       made on a Tract of Land called Choice lying in Frederick County heretofore mortgaged
       by the af.d Valentine Shroyner to the af.d Conrod Merkel by Deed bearing Date the
       fifteenth Day of May Seventeen hundred and Sixty four for the Consideration therein
       mentioned as by the said Deed duly Acknowledged and recorded in the Secretarys
       Office in Liber D D N.o 3 folio 332, 333 & 334 Reference being thereunto had may
       more fully and at large Appear And I the said Conrod Merkel do hereby confess
       that by the payment of the af.d Sum of Money All my Right Title and Interest
