(230) Exam.d Maryland fs.t This Indenture Made this 18.th Day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty Seven Between Richard King Stevenson of Baltimore Farmer of the one part and Edward Stevenson Farmer of the other part Witnesseth that the said Richard King Stevenson for and in consideration of the Sum of twenty pounds current Money to him in hand paid By the said Edw.d Stevenson son of the said Richard King Stevenson the Receipt whereof the said Richard King Stevenson doth hereby acknowledge hath granted bargained sold aliened and confirmed and By these presents doth fully freely and absolutely grant unto the said Edward Stevenson his heirs and Assigns for ever one hundred acres of land lying in Fredericks County but formerly cald Baltimore County Being part of a track of land called Goodwill viz.t Beginint for the said parcel of Land at the end of ten perches on the north fifty one Degrees East twenty four perch line it Being the fourth of the orridgnal track and Runing thence north fifty one Degrees East fourteen pirches then north twenty nine Degrees East twenty pirches then north fifteen Degrees west forty perches then north fifty Degrees west thirty four perches then north Eighty seven Degrees west Seventy four perches north three Degrees East fourty two perches then north Eighty one Degrees East Eighty Six perches then South twenty four Degrees East twenty perches then South sixty four Degrees East Sixty perches then north thirty three Degrees East one hundred perches then north Eighteen Degrees East fourty four perches then South Eighty Eight pirches to the End of the fifth line of Richard Stevenson Jn.r part of Goodwill and runing thence with the sixth line of the aforesaid South twenty six Degrees west ninety perches then west six perches then South thirty one Degrees west fourty four perches then south three degrees East twenty pirches then by a Streight line to the Beginning Containing and laid out for One hundred acres of land together with all and singular the improvements and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and To hold the said Bargained land and premises with it appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof unto him the said Edward Stevenson his heirs and assigns for ever and to their only proper use and behoof and the said Richard King Stevenson his heirs Executors Doth further Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Edward Stevenson his heirs and Assigns as follows viz.t that the said Edward Stevenson his heirs or Assigns may have hold occupy and freely enjoy the said land and premisses without any let or molestation from any person or manner of persons claiming any Right title or intrust to the said land or primises by from or under him the s.d Richard King Stevenson his heirs or assigns for Ever the Quit Rents dew and to Become dew only Excepted In witness whereof the Richard King Stevenson have hereunto set |
