       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all and Singular the said premises
       with its Rights Members and Appurtenances To have and to hold the said
       Tract or parcel of Land except as before excepted and all and Singular other the
       premises herein before mentioned with its Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the
       said Robert Alexander his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next
       before the Day of the Date of these presents for and during the Term of one whole year
       from thence next ensuing To the Intent and purpose that by virtue of these presents
       and of the Statute for transferring uses into Possession the said Robert Alexander
       may be in the actual Possession of the premisses with the Appurtenances and may
       thereby be enabled to accept and take a Grant and Release of the Reversion and
       Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs in such manner and for such uses Intents and
       Purposes as the said George Ashman doth intend to grant or release the same by
       Indenture intended to bear Date the Day next after the Day of the Date of these
       presents In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto set their
       hands and seals the day and year first above written

          On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written viz.t

       Received the Day and year first within mentioned of and from the within named Robert
       Alexander the Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the consideration mentioned to be by
       him paid to me

             This Indenture Tripartite made the Second Day of March in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty seven  Between George
       Ashman of Baltimore County Planter of the first part Robert Alexander of the same county
       Gentleman of the Second Part and Joseph Nicholson Junior of Kent County Gentleman
       of the third part Witnesseth that for the Docking and barring of all Estates Tail
       of and in the Tract or parcell of Land herein mentioned with its Appurtenances and
       all and every the Remainder and Remainders thereupon dependant or expectant and for
       settling the said Tract or parcell of Land to and for and upon the uses Intents and purposes
       herein after particularly expressed and declared and for and in consideration of
       the Sum of ten Shillings Sterling to the said George Ashman in hand paid by the said Robert
       Alexander and for other good causes and considerations hereunto moving He the said George
       Ashman Hath bargained Sold and released and by these Presents Doth bargain sell
       and release and the said Robert Alexander (in his actual possession now being by
       virtue of a Bargain and Sale thereof to him made by the said George Ashman by
